Account and bookings

The service stores account identifiers, contact details, profile choices and records needed to manage court bookings, coach requests, credits and memberships. Session cookies or app sign-in tokens keep you signed in. Account and booking information is available to staff who manage the service.

Square processes card payments. The service stores payment references and transaction records used for confirmation, membership billing and refunds.

Coaching and videos

Profile goals, coaching conversations, practice records and saved memories support your coaching experience. Video processing requires the consent shown in the upload flow. Uploaded clips and reports are processed using the service's storage and AI providers, including Google Cloud and Gemini.

Use the coaching Memory & data controls to review, correct, export or remove coaching information and manage memory consent. Use the video library to request removal of a clip and its report. The upload and video controls explain the current limits and retention choices. Local alpha demos label sample data and keep their test clips on your device.

Community

Published community posts, including the contact method you choose to include, are visible to signed-in members. Share only contact details you want that audience to use. You can remove your own post. Marking your profile as interested in a partner saves that preference; creating a community post is how you make your availability discoverable.

Site operation

The website uses Vercel Analytics for site-usage measurement. Hosting, authentication, storage and payment providers process information needed to operate these features. Access and retention differ by record type; deleting a video or coaching note does not close your account or erase booking and payment records.

Questions and account closure

Contact the team from your account email to ask about access, corrections, retention or account closure. Ask for confirmation of which records will be removed or retained. Do not include your password or card details.
